As Spacelift’s Senior Brand Associate, you’ll be the pulse and polish of our public face—where creativity meets consistency. You’ll own our social media strategy and storytelling rhythm, orchestrating campaigns that amplify our voice across every channel. You’ll craft and curate visuals, presentations, and digital assets that help translate complex ideas into captivating narratives, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the strength and spirit of our brand.
Reporting directly to the CMO, you will partner closely with design, product marketing, demand generation, and product teams, you’ll maintain the visual and tonal integrity of Spacelift, while breathing life into new creative directions—right down to managing our beloved Saturn head mascot’s adventures. This is a role for a brand builder with both aesthetic instinct and operational precision: someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, design, and execution.
the Role Social Media Strategy
- Develop and maintain a strategic social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to source content ideas, highlight customer stories, and amplify key company initiatives.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to optimize engagement and content strategy.
- Manage and contribute to the creation of brand assets, including blog content, videos, event materials, and collateral.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and external agencies to deliver high-quality brand content.
- Maintain brand guidelines and support ongoing refinement.
- Manage the creation of marketing visuals, including campaign graphics, social media assets, digital ads, and sales enablement materials.
- Design and maintain sales and marketing collateral, including PPT presentations, one-pagers, event signage, and promotional materials.
- Partner with the product marketing to develop and maintain brand consistency across Spacelift marketing materials.
- Manage Saturn head Mascot calendar, campaigns, and social presence.
- Support the development and execution of Spacelift’s global brand strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all assets, messaging, and touchpoints.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, and Design teams to align brand initiatives with company objectives.
- Lead and support brand campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.
- Track campaign performance and share insights to improve future efforts.
- Support brand representation at industry events, conferences, and community programs, including our community event, IaCConf.
- Partner with Developer Relations to amplify content and community-driven initiatives.
- 4–6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications—preferably in B2B SaaS or developer-focused products.
