Richmond, VA – In‑office Monday‑Thursday, WFH Fridays. Remote option is available to candidates with direct senior living or senior care agency experience, located in other states.

$75,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, owning the relationship end‑to‑end.
• Build deep, strategic partnerships with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Collaborate seamlessly with creative, digital, media, and marketing teams to deliver work that exceeds expectations.
• Participate in brainstorming and strategic planning sessions, contributing to the development of innovative marketing solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Lead project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure on‑time, on‑strategy execution.
• Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, gather insights, and reinforce alignment.
• Partner with internal marketing and digital experts to establish annual KPIs and performance benchmarks.
• Monitor and discuss key metrics such as lead volume, conversion health, and occupancy‑related outcomes.
• Help clients pivot strategy as market conditions, budgets, or priorities shift.
• Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Partner closely with a Project Success Manager to translate client needs into actionable plans and keep work moving efficiently.

• 8+ years of account management experience within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
• Direct experience supporting senior living or senior care clients from an agency perspective is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and independently.
• Strong client‑facing communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident making strategic recommendations and pushing back when needed.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a growing agency environment.
• Hands‑on senior living experience required for remote work.
• Experience aligning with creative‑led, customized marketing—not purely formulaic lead‑generation models.
• Comfortable working in a Mac‑based environment; proficient with Google Workspace and virtual meeting tools.
• Experience with project management platforms such as Function Point, Basecamp, Asana, , or similar.
