We’re looking for an SEO / AI SEO Specialist to help our online school for product-based business grow in Google and across AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude). The focus is on building a steady flow of organic traffic to our courses, landing pages, and content — and increasing brand visibility in AI-generated answers.
Key Responsibilities
- Run technical SEO audits for the website/landing pages and implement improvements (indexation, site speed, structure, errors).
- Drive on-page optimization: metadata, page structure, internal linking, and conversion-focused landing pages.
- Build and execute a content strategy around product-based business queries (training, how-to guides, case studies, FAQs).
- Develop a white-hat link building strategy: select placements and ensure backlink quality.
- Analyze competitors, semantics, and topic clusters; prioritize topics that drive leads/sales.
- Work with GA4 and GSC: track traffic, applications/leads, sales; deliver regular insights and recommendations.
- AI SEO / GEO: adapt content for AI answers (“answer-ready” structure, trust signals, factual accuracy), test hypotheses on how AI search impacts conversions, and strengthen brand mentions.
- Collaborate with the content/product team: briefs, editing, and quality/relevance control aligned with search intent.
- 2+ years of SEO experience (Middle level).
- Tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs / Semrush / Serpstat (or equivalents).
- Solid technical SEO knowledge: sitemaps, robots.txt, indexation, canonicals, site speed, basic structured data.
- Hands-on experience with semantics and content: clustering, intent mapping, on-page optimization, and content briefs for writers.
- Understanding and/or practical experience with AI SEO / GEO: how content gets surfaced in AI answers and what influences mentions/recommendations.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data to identify growth opportunities.
- English:
Intermediate or higher (preferred). - Required: verified AI SEO knowledge (certificate or equivalent), e.g., Dabudai Certified AI SEO Expert — or readiness to obtain it quickly.
- Full-time remote role with flexible hours.
- Clear KPIs (traffic → leads → sales) and a real impact on business results.

- A strong product with proven demand: 6,000 students and continuously evolving training programs.
- Compensation: $1,400–$2,100/month (depending on experience and interview results).
