Headspace is looking for a self‑starter who moves fast and brings teams together to deliver creative integrated marketing campaigns that connect to cultural moments, member needs, and brand goals. The role translates business priorities into actionable integrated marketing plans, orchestrates go‑to‑market moments across channels, and ensures we show up consistently and bold.

• Champion and embed Headspace’s brand strategy and positioning across internal teams and external partners.
• Ideate, envision, and manage the unified campaign calendar to drive impact across audiences.
• Lead integrated marketing planning and execution for brand moments – developing briefs, frameworks, and measurement plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Track brand health and partner with research to turn data into insights that inform strategy and messaging.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools and insights to enhance integrated marketing efficiency and creative impact.
• Champion Headspace’s mission of accessible mental health support through inclusive, human‑centered marketing.

• 5‑7 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or campaign strategy in consumer health, wellness, tech, or high‑growth environments.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional campaigns from strategy to execution with measurable brand or business impact.
• Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing – content, social, media, partnerships, lifecycle.
• Experience with AI‑powered tools to drive efficiency, creative impact, and emotional resonance.
• Owner’s mindset in a fast‑moving, scrappy environment with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent project management, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Hybrid model in San Francisco – 3 days per week in the office, flexible remote for the rest of the week. Remote positions accepted for US full‑time candidates.
