- Build authentic, long‑term relationships with influencers, acting as their go‑to partner and creating impactful content together.
- Negotiate win‑win partnerships, handling contracts, budgets, and deliverables with finesse.
- Curate high‑quality content, ensuring every piece of influencer‑generated material is on‑brand, on‑message, and ready for Tik Tok Shop.
- Analyze campaign data, uncover insights, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Stay ahead of Tik Tok trends, influencer marketing innovations, and emerging technologies to spot future opportunities.
- Collaborate across social media, marketing, and sales teams to integrate influencer efforts and amplify the brand story.
- 2–3 + years of influencer marketing experience, preferably focused on Tik Tok Shop or social commerce.
- A portfolio of successful influencer campaigns that demonstrate measurable results.
