We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and highly organized Regional Marketing Manager – EMEA to join our dynamic, fast-paced SaaS company. This is a remote position within an agile team, working with cutting-edge SaaS and cloud-based solutions. The person will be responsible for driving regional marketing strategy, accelerating pipeline growth, and enhancing brand visibility across key EMEA markets, with the focus on UKI & NORDICS
. This role demands an understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, partner marketing and event strategy to directly impact revenue growth with new and existing customers. A background in field marketing is required as the role will work closely with the regional GTM teams and with the global marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on pipeline generation, demand generation, and event marketing in the fintech, SaaS, or cloud technology space.
- Proven success in driving measurable pipeline growth and marketing-sourced revenue in the EMEA region.
- Strong experience with marketing automation tools (Hub Spot & Pardot preferred) and CRM platforms (
Salesforce preferred). - Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Fluency in English
, with additional European language skills (e.g.,
German, Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
) is a plus. - Experience working in remote, agile environments with cross-functional global teams.

- Develop and execute data-driven marketing programs aimed at generating high-quality leads and accelerating sales pipeline growth across UKI & NORDICS.
- Align closely with sales leadership to define key targets, create demand generation strategies and optimize marketing campaigns to drive conversion.
- Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM insights to track, analyze, and refine marketing efforts, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making.
- Identify and implement ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies to engage high-value prospects per target list and within ICP, and expand footprint within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the extended marketing team (PMM, Content, Digital) to plan and run regional online & offline campaigns, and content syndication.
- Localize TIS' external communications strategy to enhance engagement across diverse EMEA audiences.
- Collaborate with content & digital marketing to develop compelling content for multi-channel distribution, including website, email, social media, press releases, and thought leadership pieces in close partnership with global marketing communications.
- With the help of your manager, cultivate relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and partners to enhance regional brand positioning and secure earned media coverage.
- Plan and execute high-impact events across your respective region, including conferences, trade shows, workshops, user groups, round tables and virtual webinars, to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement
- Manage event logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting to maximize ROI and continuously optimize future event strategies.
- Partner with BDRs, sales teams & account managers to ensure seamless lead capture, follow-up, and conversion post-event.
- Collaborate on an occasion with your peers and extended teams for global events.
