We’re looking for a bold, strategic leader to help shape the future of Intrepid’s marketing in the United States. As the Marketing Manager, USA, you’ll inspire both customers and teams through strong strategy, sharp insights into the local market, and a passion for travel.
You’ll lead the execution of Intrepid’s U.S. marketing strategy, building brand awareness, driving sales and leads, and deepening connections with travelers across the market. As our U.S. operations continue to grow, we welcome candidates with experience across B2C, B2B, and/or B2B2C marketing, particularly from brands within the U.S. travel category.
The role is responsible for developing innovative marketing solutions to grow USD sales and U.S. passengers. It will oversee go‑to‑market strategies, lead multi‑channel campaigns, manage budgets to deliver strong ROI, drive regional brand activations and partnerships, and collaborate closely with our regional and global teams.
We’ll provide an exciting, full‑time, permanent role based in Seattle with a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office.
Salary range: USD $95,000–$115,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. In addition to competitive pay, we offer great benefits and amazing perks to support our people both at work and beyond.
Experience & Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in brand and marketing, including advertising, agency or related areas, preferably within a global organization.
- Profitability management, including sales and budget planning, implementation, tracking, ROI optimisation, and reporting.
- Creative problem‑solver with a strong affinity for culture and trends, and a growth‑focused mindset.
- Experience across a variety of marketing disciplines – brand, performance, digital, commerce and partnerships.
- Oversee campaign analytics and performance metrics to drive lead generation and ROI.
- Success in traditional and non‑traditional marketing with measurable results.
- Strong proactive critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening), with experience influencing and presenting to senior leadership.
- Digital marketing experience that’s data‑driven with performance outcomes.
- Experience managing agency relationships, media buying, and sizeable marketing budgets.
- Thorough understanding of the U.S. market dynamics.
- Experience managing partnerships and collaborations.
