Base Pay Range

$/yr – $/yr

Position: Head of Affiliate Marketing

Compensation: USD $100,000 – $130,000 per annum + up to 30% Performance Bonus

Total Annual Package: Up to USD $174,100

Role Overview

Puffy is a top 5 mattress brand in the US, and we're seeking a results-driven Head of Affiliate Marketing to lead our affiliate program strategy and drive significant revenue growth through innovative partnership approaches. This role will be instrumental in expanding our affiliate network and optimizing program performance across the competitive D2C mattress landscape.

You’ll establish and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners, identify unexplored channels, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and support our position as an industry leader.

  • Become the Go‑To Expert in D2C Sleep Marketing

    The sleep industry is exploding, and affiliate marketing is the battleground where brands win or lose. You'll gain insider knowledge of what drives conversions in this unique space—from content partnerships to PPC affiliates to emerging channels most marketers haven't touched. You'll build a track record that opens doors across the entire D2C ecosystem.

What You'll Need
  • Proven D2C Expertise: 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience in a B2C e-commerce environment within the North American sleep sector (USA/Canada).
  • Proven Success in Onboarding and Scaling Organic Publishers and PPC Affiliate Partners
  • Advanced Affiliate Knowledge: In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing channels, attribution models, and performance metrics (EPC, ROAS).
  • Data & Analytics

    Skills:

    Proficiency in market‑leading affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Impact or Partnerize) and secondary platforms (Brand Verity, Similarweb/Ahrefs, or Visual Ping).
  • Performance‑Driven Mindset: Demonstrated success in recruiting, activating, and optimizing top affiliates for maximum ROI.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Strong background in managing vendor/partner relationships, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Entrepreneurial Approach: Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and can adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.

    Experience:

    Familiarity with running and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns in tandem with affiliate initiatives.
  • Startup/Scale‑Up Exposure: Past work in a rapidly scaling company, comfortable navigating limited resources and swift pivots.
  • Global Market Insight: Experience coordinating with international partners and tailoring campaigns to diverse audiences.
