• Full ownership of GT Ecom’s German stores
• Collaborate with designers, email marketers, and media buyers
• Make high-impact decisions that influence revenue and growth
• Work remotely with flexible hours while growing your e-commerce expertise

Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, optimize store performance, track KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive growth. You’ll have a direct hand in shaping our German market success.

• Launch campaigns aligned with German holidays and promotions
• Track project progress and manage assets with designers
• Monitor apps, reviews, and KPIs to optimize store performance
• Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize campaign impact

• Fluent in German with strong market knowledge
• Hands‑on Shopify experience for e‑commerce brands
• Able to plan and manage full website calendars
• Organized and skilled in project management tools
• Strong analytical skills to monitor apps, reviews, and KPIs
• Collaborates well with email marketing and media buying teams

  Hourly + performance incentives; monthly stipend after 3 months; annual increment; health insurance from 2nd year
