- Proven ability to build and maintain complex relationships within an organization
- Marketing experience in a large, fast-paced organization
- Experience in claims and/or crop insurance
- Demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility in previous roles
- Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry and its products
- Familiarity with common computer software and communication technologies
