Marketing Campaign & Content Specialist

Do you want to shape impactful B2B marketing campaigns in a fast-growing tech environment? As Marketing Campaign & Content Specialist at Cegeka, you’ll create omnichannel campaigns that drive demand and position our Business Solutions division as a trusted advisor in Belgium. You take ownership over campaign strategy and execution, helping to leverage the Belgian marketing team’s efforts to the next level.

• Take end-to-end ownership of omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, social, events, webinars, …) to drive demand for Cegeka Business Solutions in Belgium.
• Develop and execute thought leadership and product campaigns aligned with the Belgian marketing plan.
• Create, translate and optimize content assets (blogs, ebooks, infographics, webinars) that support campaign objectives.
• Leverage marketing automation (Hub Spot) to set up lead nurturing flows and maximize conversion.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, global marketing) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure campaigns meet business goals.
• Stay ahead of B2B marketing and technology trends to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in ICT.
• You excel in campaign planning and content creation, and you know how to leverage marketing tactics and channels to maximize results.
• You are familiar with marketing automation, CMS platforms, and basic design tools like Canva or Figma.
• You combine creativity with an analytical mindset, using data to improve campaigns and drive performance.
• You are a clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• You can prioritize, keep oversight, and work independently while collaborating effectively within the team.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have strong command of English (written and spoken).
