OpportunityThe position is open only to an experienced affiliate manager with a proven track record in the Nutritional Supplements (or similar) industry for identifying, recruiting and nurturing affiliates, influencers and JV partners to drive qualified, high-converting traffic to Company website and DR offers.
As they are in a virtual start-up mode, you will be self-motivated, creative, energetic and able to work in a high-energy environment to help create high-value offers for their partners and to build and exceed their Affiliate/JV revenue goals.
The Affiliate Manager will have these major responsibilities- Build and manage a budget for affiliate/JV/influencer recruitment and marketing spend to optimize CPA and AOV, and to maximize ROAS.
- Identify and recruit new Affiliates, JV and Influencers:
Find and develop Affiliates/Partners/Influencers that will increase brand awareness, qualified traffic and sales. - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and improve conversion rate. Craft landing pages, affiliate swipes and other creatives for their content to distribute through relevant paid programs.
- Work with digital marketing manager to plan, execute, and measure experiments on conversion tests. Evaluate and propose optimizations based on website structure and performance.
- Ensure they are leveraging all possible up-selling, down-selling and cross-selling techniques to increase average order size.
- Research and test partnerships with other players (ex : health & wellness magazines/blogs, associations, professional memberships) to expand reach, generate leads, and lower cost-per-acquisition.
- Create stronger relationships with current Affiliates/JV/ Influencers:
Establish clear communication, ongoing support, and create more opportunities for promotions. - Boost affiliate participation and performance in current promotions:
Engage affiliates to participate actively in ongoing promotions and campaigns. - Define key marketing metrics, measurements and translate into reports and dashboards in order to determine overall performance of the performance marketing efforts and channel.
- You’re a talented, experienced, well-connected, and hungry Affiliate Manager, who is results-driven and motivated with a non-negotiable commitment to exceeding goals and objectives.
- You are creative and improvise, constantly leading the re-writing, split-testing and improving of their offers for incremental yet consistent conversion gains.
- You have a proven track record in Affiliate/Influencer/JV Management crafting win-win solutions and closing deals.
- You are friendly, outgoing, engage easily in conversations, are a great listener and have the interpersonal skills that lend to cultivating deep connections.
- You have a passion for wellness and natural products, with a strong interest in learning and practicing the principles for your own growth.
- You have experience prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment, and delivering them on time while meeting performance goals.
- You are organized and detail-oriented.

- You are willing to travel to trade show, conferences, seminars and company events a few times per year to learn about, network and engage with their peers and affiliate partners, and meet new ones.
