Job Overview
We're hiring a Tik Tok & Meta Media Buyer to drive exceptional paid advertising results for a portfolio of enterprise and celebrity brands—plus fuel agency growth. Our client is a Gold Star Tik Tok Shop Partner led by a former Tik Tok employee and a seasoned agency owner. You'll manage high‑budget campaigns and deliver record‑breaking performance for our brand partners while scaling our agency through strategic lead generation campaigns.
WhatYou'll Do Client Campaign Management
- Manage and optimize Tik Tok ad campaigns, driving maximum ROAS for D2C brands across feed ads, spark ads, live shopping ads, and product shopping ads.
- Scale Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) using proven Tik Tok-to-Meta playbooks, leveraging winning creative and audience strategies across both platforms.
- Run continuous A/B tests on creative, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies across Tik Tok and Meta to improve performance and scale profitably.
- Analyze campaign data daily across both platforms to identify opportunities and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high‑performing ad concepts and provide data‑driven feedback on what's working across Tik Tok and Meta formats.
- Adjust budgets, bids, and targeting in real‑time to maximize performance while minimizing wasted spend on both platforms.
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns across Meta to attract enterprise and celebrity brand partners.
- Test and optimize agency acquisition funnels, landing pages, and lead magnets to drive qualified inbound opportunities.
- Track and report on agency marketing ROI, cost per lead, and lead‑to‑client conversion rates.
- Partner with Account Managers to align paid media with organic and affiliate strategies for cohesive brand growth.
- Stay ahead of Tik Tok and Meta platform updates, beta features, and advertising best practices to maintain competitive advantages.
- 2-4 years in paid social media buying with hands‑on Tik Tok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager experience.
- Proven track record managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets for e‑commerce brands across Tik Tok and Meta.
- Experience with B2B lead generation or agency marketing campaigns (preferred but not required).
- Strong grasp of performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPL.
- Proficiency with Tik Tok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting performance and strategy to clients.
- Creative eye for identifying winning ad concepts and adapting them cross‑platform.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple high‑budget accounts plus internal campaigns.
- Passion for performance marketing, platform trends, and growth marketing.
- Consistently exceed client ROAS targets while maintaining clients Top 10 partner status.
- Successfully scale Tik Tok campaigns to Meta, achieving profitable expansion across both platforms.
- Generate qualified agency leads at target CPL while optimizing conversion rates through the sales funnel.
- Develop innovative testing strategies that uncover breakthrough audiences and creative approaches.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities and scale campaigns profitably.
- Build trusted client relationships through transparent reporting and strategic insights.
