Our Digital Marketing Account Managers are the face of the company to our ever-growing list of current clients. This position is the Champion of the Client that is helping find creative solutions to their Digital Marketing problems, surfacing strategy and plans for improvement, and celebrating our accomplishment that help our clients achieve their leasing goals! At 30 Lines we’re cultivating a curious team focused on creating digital solutions for our clients and their customers and we are looking for the next rockstar to join the team.

• Owning a book of business of active 30 Lines Clients, ensuring they are finding success and growth with our products
• Reviewing product performance to recommend new opportunities and updates to Digital Strategy
• Delivering Client Reporting in an effective and productive manner with outcomes displayed
• Building relationships with Clients and identifying expansion opportunities
• Representing Clients internally with cross-collaboration of Production and Development teams

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 2-4 years of professional account management experience managing and growing Client accounts
• Experience working with Digital Marketing tools, strategies such as SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media, and other digital projects for clients
• Excellent Customer Service skills with written & verbal communication
• Proven success in developing and fostering relationships with client stakeholders
• Experience in actively seeking new opportunities and strategies tailored to individual clients
• Experience in Multifamily Housing is considered a strong plus

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000/yr plus commissions. Compensation is based on experience, education, skills, and performance.
