E-Commerce Manager

Our client, an e-commerce company selling custom products, is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and drive the growth of their online store.

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
• Optimize the Shopify-based e-commerce platform, including product listings, checkout flow, and site performance.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Facebook advertising.
• Oversee and improve email marketing, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels.
• Analyze e-commerce data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the in-house production and design teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Build and manage a team of e-commerce specialists (graphic designers, Shopify admins, etc.) to support the online store.

• 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations for a growing online business.
• Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth through digital marketing, optimization, and strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in Facebook advertising, including audience targeting, creative development, and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and project management skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This is a full‑time, remote position reporting directly to the company's founder. The successful candidate will be expected to start in early January 2023.
