Urgently hiring Digital Marketing specialist - FMCG / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for medical aesthetic equipment brands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with regional teams on new product launches, packaging development, and branding initiatives.
- Manage and execute digital marketing activities, including social media, content creation, email marketing, and SEO.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver promotional activities and marketing events.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content strategy.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
