Reporting to the CEO and leading the Marketing Coordinator, you will spearhead marketing strategy and execution to elevate our brand and drive business growth. You will:
- Develop and manage a cohesive brand strategy that reflects M&P Mercurys luxury, legacy, trust, and premium marine lifestyle experience.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website and inventory updates, SEO/SEM, and paid social campaigns that drive visibility and demand.
- Create compelling, high-quality content across digital, print, video, and showroom channels to support brand storytelling and sales.
- Oversee storytelling initiatives, product launches, email campaigns, blog posts, and social media to engage and inspire customers.
- Elevate the digital customer journey from initial discovery to ownership, enhancing every touchpoint.
- Partner with the Customer Experience Director to plan and execute premium events, product launches, boat shows, open houses, VIP experiences, seasonal events, and co-branded activations.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion, managing budgets and resources while using analytics to drive leads, conversions, and engagement.
- Conduct competitor and market research across marine, luxury, and outdoor lifestyle sectors, using insights to refine targeting, messaging, and brand positioning.
- Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Service & Parts, Events, Administration, and Accounting to deliver exceptional customer touchpoints throughout the journey.
- Build and maintain relationships with premium brands, influencers, marinas, industry associations, and manufacturers, driving strategic collaborations that elevate brand presence and enhance the customer experience.
- Manage creative and vendor relationships, including agencies, photographers, videographers, and freelancers.
- Lead and mentor the Marketing Coordinator to deliver high-quality assets and content that align with brand standards, on time and within budget.
