We are currently looking for a Medical Sales and Marketing Liaison. The person will help coordinate activities between sales, represented by medical reps team and marketing department and to ensure flowless 2-way communication between the 2 departments. Reporting to a unit director, the individual in this position will be responsible for developing marketing initiatives for PFD, to be implemented by the medical sales team or directed toward customers.

The role also includes conducting market research and analysis while demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.

RESPONSABILITY OF THE POSITION

• Liaise between Medical Reps and Marketing teams to help create a good communication channel.
• Share feedback from the field to marketing on time and be the contact point in case of requests from marketing to the (Medical Reps)
• Liaise between VMs and Operations: and help solve any issues related to samples, car stock, orders, etc
• Follow up with the team on requests from HO or Medical director to ensure execution on time.
• Attend all marketing sales monthly meetings and be the notes keeper.
• Support the planning and execution of National and Regional Sales Meetings

Marketing role:

• Manage PFD grassroot marketing initiatives and collaborate with other internal departments to ensure the best execution
• Prepare brand briefs and work close with external stakeholders, like consultants and agencies.
• Assist the marketing and sales director in managing PFD portfolio and developing of brands marketing plan, providing medical reps team with the needed detailing tools and materials and budget tracking
• Analysis of the performance of the brands and the market and use generated reports to identify marketing opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• BS degree in marketing or relevant field
• Successful work experience as a marketing associate, junior product manager, or similar position
• Strong working knowledge of marketing and sales of dermo-cosmetics & pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Team player and high ability and willingness to learn

• Temporary position – approximately 13 months – Full time (37.5 hours per week)
