Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at achieving CPA and ROI targets
• Identify key drivers of campaign performance and scale successful initiatives
• Collaborate with analytics teams to structure data for effective optimization
• Manage communication between technical development teams and creative marketing teams
• Analyze campaign reports and partner insights to recommend strategic improvements
• Research and test emerging marketing channels to expand reach and effectiveness
• Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative tactics into campaigns
• Maintain detailed documentation of campaign performance and optimization strategies

• Proven success in launching and managing large-scale, profitable lead generation campaigns
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve cost-effective results
• Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights
• Hands-on experience across multiple digital marketing channels, including Vertical and Paid Search
• Familiarity with third-party CPC, CPL, and CPM advertising platforms and networks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience managing lead generation campaigns within the financial services industry
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and creative teams
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data structuring
