Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing and Media Specialist to help market live shows and events across the Jade Entertainment Group universe. This role serves as the lead marketer for a slate of assigned shows and works alongside our Senior Marketing and Media Specialist, with responsibilities split by show.
Responsibilities- Act as the lead marketer for assigned shows and projects across Jade Presents, Tickets
300, and Nocturnal Resources. - Own show marketing from on-sale through show day, including paid media, organic content, earned media, and grassroots efforts.
- Build and manage show marketing plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Create organic social content and manage daily posting across multiple brands and pages.
- Manage community engagement including social inboxes, comments, and customer-facing messages.
- Execute Hive email and SMS campaigns including announcements, presales, reminders, and “know before you go” emails.
- Draft press releases and help secure earned media like radio interviews, shout-outs, and listings.
- Plan, buy, place, and manage paid advertising across digital and traditional channels.
- Track ad spend, invoices, and share marketing recaps ahead of each show.
- Lead grassroots marketing efforts including street teams, handbills, giveaways, and partner promotions.
- Coordinate marketing comps, guest lists, and promotional ticket distribution with Tickets
300. - Proof all public-facing content daily to make sure dates, venues, links, and details are correct.
- Support onsite shows with live social coverage, signage, setup, and teardown when needed.
- 1–3 years of marketing, advertising, or communications experience.
- Experience managing professional social media accounts.
- Familiarity with paid media planning or placement.
- Strong attention to detail; live events require accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple shows at once without dropping the ball.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and live events.
We’re laid-back but serious about live events. This role includes a mix of office hours, remote work, and onsite shows. Clear communication, follow-through, and being a self-starter matter here.
