WORX is a full-service marketing agency that takes digital to the next level, and we are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our in-house team. The Digital Marketing Manager provides data‑driven digital strategies for lead generation and brand awareness as well as digital campaign analysis, optimization, and management for client partners across a wide set of industries.
Responsibilities- Staying up to date with digital marketing industry best practices
- Providing a point of view and recommendations in emerging digital marketing technologies or shifts in current platforms
- Planning, creating, and managing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
- Writing engaging and concise ad copy
- Overseeing delegation of day‑to‑day account management of PPC, social, and other digital campaigns to the digital marketing team
- Monitoring, evaluating, and presenting the performance of campaigns by generating monthly and quarterly performance reports to client partners analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators
- Working in a collaborative team environment
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience in Google Ads or Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Functional experience with Google Looker Studio
- Functional experience with Social Media channels and their ad platforms, including Meta/Facebook, X/Twitter, and Linked In
- Well‑organized and detail‑oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter
- Creative problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of market research techniques
- Understanding of marketing automation and lead generation software
This is a full‑time position that requires the candidate to be in our Prospect, Connecticut office with the flexibility of remote work when needed.
