Contractor, Paid Media Associate

• Execute paid media campaigns across various channels, including Paid Search and Paid Social
• Build, QA, and optimize campaigns in alignment with documented strategies and performance goals
• Conduct keyword research, audience development, and ad copy testing based on data insights
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Assist with reporting and dashboards to support internal teams and enhance campaign performance

• Hands‑on experience with at least one paid media platform (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Linked In)
• Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and comfortable working with large data sets
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to clean execution
• Curiosity about paid media trends, automation, and AI
• Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement

• Experience in an agency environment is a plus, but not required
