• Develop engaging digital content for email, text, and other communication channels
• Create graphic designs and layouts for effective communication

• Oversee the cross-functional communication calendar to ensure coordinated deployments

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud or similar automation systems
• Proficiency in HTML and modern programming languages
• Expertise in communication best practices and creative content development
• Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple communication tactics

• Salesforce Marketing Certificate
