About the Role

Life
360 is seeking a highly analytical and performance‑driven Global Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media & Demand Conversion to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of global paid media initiatives that fuel high‑quality demand and convert users into paid subscribers. In this role, you will own the intersection between paid acquisition strategy and downstream conversion performance—ensuring that every dollar invested drives measurable, sustainable growth across our international footprint.

You will partner closely with marketing, analytics, product, lifecycle, and creative teams to refine audiences, enhance funnel experiences, and accelerate conversion (new users, users to paying subs, etc.). This is a high‑impact role for a growth marketer who excels at using data, experimentation, and creative insights to unlock global scale.

The US‑based salary range for this position is $125,500 to $182,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary—therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do
  • GLOBAL PAID MEDIA STRATEGY & EXECUTION
    • Develop and optimize global paid media programs across channels such as Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Programmatic, Affiliate, SEO, and emerging platforms.
    • Partner with regional teams to tailor creative, messaging, and targeting strategies to local markets and cultural nuances.
    • Own full‑funnel paid media performance from impression → click → conversion.
    • Evaluate new channels, formats, and technologies that support efficient international expansion.
  • DEMAND CONVERSION & FUNNEL OPTIMIZATION
    • Lead experimentation on global funnel performance, uncover drop‑off points, and design tests to improve conversion rates from paid media.
    • Collaborate to build and iterate on high‑impact global conversion experiences.
  • PORTFOLIO PERFORMANCE & ANALYTICS
    • Develop frameworks for assessing channel quality, LTV/CAC efficiency, and incremental impact by region and audience segment.
    • Input to forecasting, dashboards, and reporting systems to track global demand conversion KPIs and media ROI.
    • Partner with Analytics to refine MMM, attribution models and accurately evaluate campaign performance.
  • CREATIVE STRATEGY & EXPERIMENTATION
    • Lead paid media creative testing strategies—iterating messaging, concepts, and formats.
    • Translate funnel insights into briefs that elevate creative quality globally.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of experiments across creative, targeting, and conversion experiences.
  • CROSS‑FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
    • Partner with Growth/Lifecycle to align campaigns with downstream retention and monetization efforts.
    • Partner with Finance and Leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling.
