Position: Brand Manager (Mat Leave

The Brand Manager at Park & Fifth plays a pivotal role in shaping the visual and emotional narrative of the brand. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and strategy—guiding how our products, campaigns, and collections come to life through thoughtful storytelling, elevated execution, and a deeply fashion-forward perspective. You are the guardian of brand expression: modern, feminine, intentional.

Product Marketing Management

Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Product.

Translate product roadmaps into strategic campaigns and launch moments.

Monitor weekly launch timelines and ensure flawless planning alignment.

Develop marketing support plans for priority products across categories.

Represent the Marketing POV during proto-reviews and development phases.

Collection & Campaign Planning

Own the annual and monthly Park & Fifth Campaign Calendar.

Identify high-impact storytelling opportunities for collections and edits.

Lead executive presentations outlining annual and launch-specific plans.

Drive clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Bring fresh, trend-informed campaign ideas rooted in fashion, culture, and design.

Lead planning and execution of all collection, campaign, and e-commerce shoots.

Oversee model casting, bookings, schedules, logistics, and styling direction.

Develop an elevated roster of P&F campaign models and consistent e-commerce talent.

Lead first-round image selects and coordinate final approval with leadership.

Manage photoshoot budgets with precision.

Campaign Go-To-Market

Own end-to-end campaign launches—from concept to execution.

Develop refined, visually compelling campaign decks as the single source of truth.

Collaborate with social, design, and e-commerce teams to deliver cohesive assets.

Present campaign concepts and launch plans to the executive team.

Lead internal communication to ensure studio teams are engaged and prepared.

Continuously elevate P&F’s approach to storytelling, merchandising, and brand moments.

Strategic Planning and Sales Generation

Work closely with the Sales, Planning, and Finance teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.

Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts by providing marketing insights, campaign impact expectations and new sales driving activities when needed.

Provide post-campaign reporting to evaluate impact on sales projections and actual performance

Budget & Administrative Support

Own campaign and photo shoot budget including annual planning and monthly reporting

Assist with budget organization, tracking, and categorization.

Foster strong relationships within Marketing and across the company.

Cultivate inspiration, collaboration, and creative energy within the team.

Mentor junior talent with warmth, clarity, and empowerment.

Candidate Requirements

4+ years experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand marketing.

Strong love of fashion, design and all things branding.

Demonstrated ability to lead collections, campaigns, or seasonal launches.

Strong understanding of brand aesthetics, visual storytelling, and consumer experience.

Exceptional project management and cross-functional communication skills.

Experience leading photoshoots, creative direction, or production workflows.

Confidence presenting to senior leaders and guiding high-level conversations.

Compensation - $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience levels)

Location:

Onsite at HQ with 1 work from home day per week.

Duration:
February 2026 to April 2027 (with potential for extension)
