• Coordinate and facilitate events, focusing on recruitment marketing efforts
• Interact daily with media, billing, and production departments
• Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and clients
• Track deadlines and compile post-event performance statistics
• Prepare status reports and briefings for management

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in events, advertising, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain effective communication with clients and vendors

• Experience in recruitment marketing
• Ad agency experience is a plus
• Initiative, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
• Energetic and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment
