Mortgage Marketing Support and Engagement Specialist Remote

- Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality, coordination, and tracking of marketing activities conducted through Total Expert, Insellerate, and other CRM platforms.
- Act as a liaison between users and Total Expert, Insellerate, or other CRM platforms, gathering feedback and insights to improve user adoption and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with LPO Managers, Marketing, and Compliance to develop and design CRM based digital marketing campaigns for social media, email, mail, and mobile.
- Measure CRM marketing performance and analyze strategies to identify recommendations for improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement through research of CRM based marketing trends, industry best practices, and relevant impacts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Total Expert, Insellerate, and other CRM platforms, providing guidance and support to users.
- Strong working knowledge of Total Expert, Insellerate, or similar mortgage-based customer relationship software.
- Knowledgeable about advertising and related lending compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work with limited supervision as well as within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure to consistently meet stated deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and co-workers.
- Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance.
- Strong people skills that demonstrate a positive attitude, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills; time management skills.
Education and Experience
- College or professional courses related to marketing or advertising.
- A college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a minimum of 4 years of previous marketing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, Publisher, Encompass, and mortgage-based CRM products.
- Familiar with web content management and design.
- Strong creative, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- May require attendance at various promotional and community events outside the regular work hour schedule.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; possible overtime, weekends, or varying work hours to support teams in other time zones. - Eligible for remote work.
This position reports to the Mortgage Division President.
