• Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, with potential to earn up to $100,000 to $120,000 with commissions and performance bonuses

• Strategize, set up, optimize, and manage email flows and campaigns
• Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement to maximize revenue
• Conduct split-tests and optimize site popups and emails for better performance
• Create compelling ad copy that aligns with brand voice and tone
• Set up tracking scripts and conversion event codes
• Manage and optimize the email/SMS experience
• Clean and maintain email lists
• Collaborate with internal teams for cross-channel campaign coordination and reporting
• Provide detailed reports and performance improvement plans to clients

• 1-2+ years of eCommerce email experience
• 1-2+ years of Klaviyo experience
• Proven track record of exceptional email campaigns and flow results with large lists
• Strong design and copywriting ability
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent productivity and prioritization skills
• Elite written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a focus on client success

• Experience with SMS marketing using Klaviyo or Postscript
