• Support the CRM team in planning and executing brand and product campaigns via email and SMS
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager and Growth Marketing Sr. Manager on testing plans for segmentation and personalization
• Oversee ad hoc projects with cross-functional partners and third-party agencies
• Ensure quality assurance for all email and SMS campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues as needed
• Conduct weekly reporting and assist with monthly and quarterly analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of email marketing experience
• 2-4 years of reporting and analytics experience
• Experience working with Email Service Providers (ESP), preferably Cordial
• Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, and SMS platforms

• Experience with SMS marketing
• Awareness of customer retention best practices and trends
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Highly analytical and metrics-driven approach to marketing
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work autonomously
