Overview

The Partner Marketing Strategist is responsible for creating and executing scalable marketing programs that benefit Call Tower’s North America and EMEA Partner Programs. The role’s mission is to strategically market and align sales team members within the global partner community, fast‑track Call Tower’s brand with increased marketplace knowledge, and drive sales conversion through tactical efforts. It will actively work with the marketing team to drive growth through partner alliances.

Top Line Goals
  • Increase sales with identified agencies, resellers, MSPs and VARs in North America and EMEA.
  • Develop brand awareness in North America and EMEA.
  • Build and adapt the brand messaging across all partner touchpoints.
Position Responsibilities
  • Establish key relationships to meet sales and partnership goals.
  • Collaborate with top agencies, resellers, MSPs, and VARs to strengthen regional presence.
  • Align sales teams with key sellers at national and regional levels.
  • Work with sales overlay roles to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all sponsor ships with key partners, including VARs and MSPs, are fulfilled and KPIs and ROI goals are attained.
  • Develop a paid‑sponsorship and events calendar based on targeted initiatives.
  • Facilitate partner events with the Events Coordinator.
  • Develop digital channels, social media, videos, email campaigns, and localized marketing materials for EMEA and North America.
  • Engage with industry influencers to raise brand awareness (social videos/webinars).
  • Create and deliver program goals, partner educational email workflows, training, assets, and collateral.
  • Act as liaison between external partners and internal sales, product, solution architects, and marketing teams.
  • Prepare reports for success metrics and partner growth, including quarterly business reviews and monthly alignment meetings.
  • Maintain partner portals and territory map association.
  • Operate independently, execute plans, and drive excitement and growth across partners.
  • Facilitate organization of multiple projects with precision and timeliness.
  • Manage social media to amplify partner programs (Linked In, Linked In Newsletters, podcasts, videos). Develop initiatives for a You Tube knowledge base with Call Tower TV.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field, or 6 years of related experience.
  • 5+ years of partner enablement experience, preferably with a track record of coordinating with project teams.
  • Highly skilled in CRM () reporting and dashboards and marketing automation tools (preferably Hub Spot).
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills; ability to convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Visionary leadership: communicates a compelling vision, sets milestones, and holds people accountable.
  • Ability to identify high‑performing and under‑performing regions and take corrective actions.
  • Develop targeted marketing growth strategies with focus partners.
  • Build enduring partnerships based on trust, professionalism, and responsive support in line with Call Tower’s standards of business conduct.
  • Proven execution: plans, assigns responsibilities, delegates, sets clear goals, monitors progress, and drives revenue.
  • Effective relationship building with business leadership and peers; comfortable engaging with executives.
  • Passion for coaching others and helping them improve.
  • Strategic planner: schedules quarterly business reviews, coordinates channel events, and creatively plans and executes growth strategies.
