Role Description

Wild Moon Creative & Event Services is seeking a contract-based event sponsorship manager based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This hybrid role offers flexible work-from-home options while providing the opportunity to collaborate closely with a dynamic events team.

The event sponsorship manager will be responsible for securing sponsor ships, cultivating and managing sponsor relationships, developing sponsorship packages, and ensuring overall sponsor satisfaction. This role also involves collaborating on event marketing strategies, supporting budget management, and contributing to the execution of seamless, memorable events.

• Identify, pursue, and secure sponsorship opportunities for events
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Assist in designing and updating sponsorship packages and proposals
• Collaborate with the events team to strategize marketing campaigns and sponsorship activations
• Support event budget planning and track sponsorship revenue
• Act as a brand ambassador for Wild Moon at events and meetings

• Proven experience in event marketing, sponsorship management, or event production
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in event planning and management tools
• Experience managing budgets and sponsorship revenue
• Independent, proactive, and collaborative—able to thrive on a dynamic team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth event landscape and local business community
