The Brand Manager‑Retail leads all consumer facing and retail shopper facing marketing investment as well as supporting new product innovation. The position will be responsible for growing market share and revenue for a $200 million division. The role leads developing and executing brand strategies, successfully launching new products, directing development of new packaging, and leading cross‑functional teams, and ensuring profitable business results.

The incumbent will oversee consistent implementation of the brand strategy across the division while optimizing unified brand opportunities between retail and restaurants. The Brand Manager – Retail position will be responsible for managing agency efforts to achieve marketing objectives. This role is pivotal in having significant impact on a sizable revenue portfolio ($200 million and growing), where strategic innovation directly impacts brand growth and financial performance, requiring a versatile leader who can integrate insights, creativity, and executional excellence.

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in consumer‑packaged goods – preferably in food.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in marketing or a relevant marketing agency.
  • Current and thorough knowledge of core marketing principles and application to the CPG segment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical research skills.
  • Hybrid role – ability to work at the Home Office at least 3 days per week.
What You Will Do
  • Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing agency partners, Retail Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, to optimize marketing ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Support product innovation strategies through consumer insight guidance and leading creation of successful integrated product launch campaigns.
  • Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and syndicated data to identify unmet consumer needs and white‑space opportunities that fuel brand growth and innovation.
  • Manage relationships with packaging, production, and marketing agencies to develop consumer‑centric product bundles and go‑to‑market strategies encompassing product positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotion.
  • Support trade and retail sell‑in efforts to maximize product launch success and revenue generation.
  • Provide marketing leadership and champion a culture of innovation within the marketing and broader teams, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $ – $ yearly.
