Description – We are creating a new category: an AI‑augmented ecosystem for human greatness that blends behavioral science, technology, and AI. This role is for a hands‑on head of growth who builds, tests, and drives scalable revenue engines, not just advises.

Location – Remote or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon.

Your Mission – Architect and pilot the revenue engine, transition from founder‑led marketing to a data‑driven brand system, and lead a growth team. You will be hands‑on, manage funnels, run experiments, optimise conversion, and identify new acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch offer–market fit.
  • Identify which segments an offer truly works for.
  • Architect funnels and campaigns; map them out and oversee direct implementation.
  • Set up tracking, check flows, and ensure machine integrity before scaling budgets.
  • Lead relentless CRO & A/B testing, design, launch, and analyse tests across headlines, pricing, offers, and messaging.
  • Proactively hunt for friction points in the user journey and implement fixes immediately.
  • Explore and scale acquisition channels, overview paid social, and identify winning acquisition channels.
  • Work as the “client” of the content factory: analyse ad performance, brief the content strategist, and scale winning angles.
  • Design and optimise growth loops (product, retention, referral, content).
  • Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion.
  • Lead the growth team (paid, copy, web, PMM) by setting standards, sparring on strategy, copy, and execution.
  • Recruit, train, and manage team members as needed.
  • Align leads and revenue with sales: focus on appointments and deals closed, prioritise high‑intent leads, and stop low‑quality campaigns.

  • GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and others.
KPIs
  • LTV / CAC ratio
  • Funnel conversion rates by stage
  • Number of experiments launched per week
Desired Outcomes
  • Conversion rates 2Ă— better than baseline.

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in conversion optimisation, growth experimentation, or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital products.
  • Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that produced measurable revenue or conversion gains.
