Herrera seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Seattle. We are looking for a self‑motivated, efficient communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced deadline‑driven environment and enjoys working independently as well as in a collaborative team.

• Produce well‑organized and compelling responses for RFQs and proposals.
• Write and edit content tailored to target markets and clients.
• Support and collaborate on social media content and strategy.
• Proactively maintain and update the company website.
• Coordinate logistics for corporate conference attendance, events, and sponsor ships.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external partners across various locations.

• Lead the creation of quarterly newsletters and award submissions.
• Maintain marketing systems and tools, including Deltek CRM, resumes, and photo library.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
• 4+ years of experience in a professional services or consulting environment; experience in the AEC industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.

• Previous experience with AEC proposals.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Collaborative mindset and solution‑oriented approach.
• Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Salary range: $72,000 – $91,200 (annual).
