Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the delivery of retail marketing strategies across the region. You'll work closely with local teams on diverse projects including outlet marketing, store openings, and major running events, whilst helping to track marketing initiatives and their return on investment. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in sports retail marketing whilst supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our Retail Marketing team.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

• Collaborate with local teams across the region to deliver the Retail Marketing strategy effectively.
• Contribute to various projects including outlet marketing, store openings, toolkit creation and events organisation.
• Support the reporting process on Retail Marketing initiatives and return on investment metrics.
• Help activate major ASICS Running events across the EMEA region.
• Assist the Retail Marketing Specialist with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.

• Marketing or business degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Adobe Creative Cloud skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Prior experience in sports, fashion, or retail environments preferred, though internships are acceptable.
• Fluency in English, a second language is a plus.
