Overview

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects, ensuring quality control and alignment of deliverables
- Manage client project assignments, facilitating compliance with medical-legal-regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop timelines and monitor project progress
- Prepare and submit financial and forecasting reports, monitoring budgets and costs
- Provide regular status and financial updates to clients and participate in internal meetings to discuss project status
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising, marketing, or communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel up to 5%
- Experience in medical communications or the healthcare industry is a plus
- Experience with writing Statements of Work (SOWs) and project briefs
- Ability to contribute to the development of strategic documents
