• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in executing digital ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Proficiency in analytics tools like GA4 and Adobe Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics) are a plus
