We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Manager - USA (m/f/d) to join our International Marketing team as a team player.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to oversee our American social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the American Sports / Fitness market. You will be responsible for growing our online community, creating engaging content, managing and growing influencer relationships, and driving brand awareness and engagement in the USA. If you have a passion for social media and an eye for design and image composition, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Support in the implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the USA market.
- You must be located in the USA
, with a deep understanding of local culture, trends, and communication styles. - Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors in the USA market to amplify our brand message and reach. - Coordinate influencer campaigns, including content creation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance and ROI.
- Translate website content and other marketing materials into the USA to ensure localization and cultural relevance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the USA.
- Strong understanding of the USA Fitness / Sports market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and original content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media advertising and influencer marketing is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers in the USA market.
- Outgoing and communicative.
- Passion for social media with an eye for design and image composition.
