We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to drive our content initiatives and create impactful content that resonates with our target audience. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of content marketing and a passion for storytelling. The Content Strategist will be responsible for planning, managing, and analyzing content across multiple platforms to help achieve brand goals and engage our audience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and audience interests.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication across channels.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and market research to identify content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and other creatives to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  • Optimize content for SEO, ensuring it ranks well in search engines and meets best practices.
  • Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Stay updated on content marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Conduct audience research and monitor feedback to ensure content resonates and maintains relevance.
  • Manage distribution channels (social media, email, website) and content partnerships to expand reach.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and a content management system (CMS) like Word Press.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) for scheduling and analytics.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to analyze content performance data and use insights to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful content strategies across platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
