Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize high-performance campaigns for their portfolio of local business clients. They are a dynamic marketing agency that has experienced significant growth over the past few years, driven by their focused expertise and commitment to delivering measurable client results.
This is a 100% remote position where you will play a key role in driving local lead generation through expertly executed paid search strategies.
Responsibilities- Setup, management, and continuous optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display Networks) focused on local lead generation.
- Analyze and refine campaigns to improve key metrics, including cost-per-lead (CPL), lead volume, and overall lead quality.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and other variables to enhance campaign performance.
- Prepare and distribute clear, concise performance reports for clients and the internal team via email and Loom video updates.
- Actively participate in a weekly team stand‑up meeting to align on goals and priorities.
- (Nice to Have) Develop and build simple, high‑converting landing pages to support campaign objectives.
- Demonstrable experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a specific focus on local lead generation.
- Proficiency in geo‑targeting, keyword research and strategy, and writing high‑converting ad copy.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage one's own time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Professional‑level written English proficiency for client‑facing communications (written reports, video scripts); this role does not require live client calls.
- Availability for a minimum of 5 hours of overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- (Bonus) Previous experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
- A proven track record of managing a budget and achieving positive ROI on Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
This is a full -time, 100% remote
