Assistant Account Executive

• Salary range of $45,000 — $55,000 USD, with the potential for a discretionary annual bonus

• Implement projects to promote and ensure the success and profitability of client deliverables
• Support client services by managing projects, developing timelines, and identifying potential project roadblocks
• Drive daily project activities, managing project scope and budgets
• Coordinate content planning meetings with key content experts
• Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure compliance of promotional items

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising
• Minimum of one year of practical work experience in advertising, marketing, or medical/health communications agency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with direct client contact
• Relevant internship experience in Traffic, Project Management, or Account Management roles

• Hands‑on experience with clients’ online submission systems for medical/regulatory and legal reviews (e.g., Zinc or Veeva)
• Experience in medical communications or the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with writing Statements of Work (SOWs) and project briefs
