Employer Industry: Social Media and Digital Marketing

• Hourly pay range from $14.75 to $15.00 USD, based on experience and skills

• Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice
• Write engaging content to spark conversations and drive community engagement
• Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines
• Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when necessary
• Become a true extension of clients’ brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience

• High-level proficiency in English with strong cultural awareness; fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Exceptional written communication skills in English, including spelling and grammar
• Legally authorized to work in the USA
• Professional experience managing social media platforms, specifically in moderation and engagement
• Ability to adapt writing tone for different audiences and familiarity with major social platforms

• Interest in content areas such as tech, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism
• Organized, reliable, and possess excellent customer service instincts
• Fast, reliable internet connection with no data restrictions
• Active Facebook account for engagement purposes
