- Select posts from a content backlog once trained
- US-based
- Comfortable with short-form, fast-paced content
- Familiar with Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, and Facebook Reels
- Strong attention to detail (captions, hashtags, formatting)
- Organized and reliable with schedules
- Comfortable working from SOPs and content backlogs
- Has run or posted on personal or niche social accounts
- Familiar with internet culture (no expertise required)
- Experience posting platform-native (not just schedulers)
- Interest in creator economy / social media as a career
