Role

The Creative Executive will be responsible for coming up with creative concepts (valuable content that serves business goals, not just Tik Tok trends) and amplifying it through paid social campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube. You’ll develop content concepts, manage on‑shoot production, and transform that content into high‑performing ads within client budgets. Working closely with videographers and editors, you’ll oversee the entire content‑to‑ads pipeline – from scripting and shooting to posting organically and launching as paid campaigns.

Working Hours:

Mon‑Fri 9am‑6pm

Working Arrangement: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home

Salary Range: $3,800–$4,200/month + performance incentives

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Production – The Creative Executive will be responsible for coming up with creative concepts (valuable content that serves business goals, not just Tik Tok trends) and amplifying it through paid social campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube. You’ll develop content concepts, manage on‑shoot production, and transform that content into high‑performing ads within client budgets. Working closely with videographers and editors, you’ll oversee the entire content‑to‑ads pipeline – from scripting and shooting to posting organically and launching as paid campaigns.
  • Creative Research & Ideation – Analyze high‑performing creatives within client niches on social platforms and develop unique concepts.
  • Creative Copywriting – Strong understanding of human psychology to write high‑converting scripts, ad copy, hooks, and social content that drives measurable results across all formats.
  • On‑shoot Management – Be present at shoots to ensure content matches strategy, brief talent/creators, and capture additional angles for testing.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team – Work closely with the creative team to produce high‑quality digital assets for ad campaigns which convert.
  • Set quality standards and review deliverables – Ensure ad copy, visuals, funnels align with brand fit and performance potential.
  • Fulfillment Quality & Performance – Monitor campaign performance: track daily metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize campaigns for customer acquisition. Generate weekly/monthly reports on key metrics and provide insights to improve future campaigns. Make data‑driven recommendations to enhance overall digital marketing strategy. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years developing comprehensive content/marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • 1–2 years creating high‑performing short‑form video content (Tik Tok, Reels, You Tube Shorts).
  • Proven ability to write compelling, conversion‑focused copy across video scripts, ad copy and social content.
  • Shoot experience – Comfortable on set giving creative direction to talent, videographers, and creators.
