Role Summary

The Marketing Strategy & Partnerships Lead collaborates closely with business leaders and marketing colleagues to design and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, deepen client relationships, and support revenue growth. This role is responsible for guiding the full lifecycle of assigned marketing initiatives—from insight and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.

A core focus of this position is the activation and expansion of high‑profile partnership and sponsorship programs, particularly within sports and similar brand‑building platforms. The role offers an opportunity to shape how sponsorship investments are translated into meaningful, multi‑channel marketing programs that elevate awareness and credibility within a global B2B audience.

Work Location & Travel
  • Based at the company’s headquarters in Rhode Island
  • Full‑time role with an in‑office expectation and flexibility for limited remote work each week
  • Domestic and international travel anticipated approximately 10–15% annually
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with marketing, sales, client‑facing, and operational teams to align marketing strategies with business priorities
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with emphasis on sponsorship activation and experiential marketing
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance processes
  • Design and coordinate multi‑channel marketing plans spanning digital, media, public relations, events, content, and account‑based initiatives
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners to support assigned programs
  • Provide guidance on regional and market‑specific adaptations of global campaigns
  • Apply established workflows and best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and impact of marketing initiatives
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and communicate insights to stakeholders to inform ongoing optimization
  • Influence alignment across teams to ensure consistent messaging and a high‑quality client experience
  • Build understanding of client needs and sales and service processes to ensure marketing efforts support business outcomes
  • Manage budgets and timelines to ensure initiatives are delivered on scope and on plan
  • Support additional marketing initiatives as needed in collaboration with internal partners
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience, with exposure to sponsorship marketing, partnerships, or brand activation
  • Experience in either corporate or agency environments
Preferred Experience
  • 8–10 years of progressively responsible marketing roles
  • Experience working in global or multi‑region organizations
  • Ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies and execution plans
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing tools, channels, and tactics
  • Experience building and managing global and local marketing programs with measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to deliver high‑quality work within defined budgets and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and creative problem‑solving skills
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
  • Client‑ and customer‑oriented approach
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives

The anticipated annual compensation range for this role is $117,280 to $168,600, with final offers determined by experience, education, and skill set.
