• Design and execute custom email marketing campaigns as requested by member-clients
• Stay current with email marketing trends and best practices to enhance strategies
• Manage a high-volume workload while prioritizing tasks effectively

• 1-2 years of email marketing experience, preferably in an eCommerce environment
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong time management, organization, and communication skills
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of email analytics and metrics with the ability to analyze data

• Experience building email automations
• Proficient with email builders such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Hub Spot, or similar platforms
• Proficient with creative design tools like Canva to create visually appealing graphics
