Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Inc is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth, venture-backed technology company operating at the forefront of AI-driven marketing. This is a Founding Growth Marketer role, ideal for an ambitious early-career marketer looking to make a meaningful impact at a Series A–C startup. You will play a critical role in driving inbound demand, shaping brand presence, and experimenting across emerging growth channels—working directly with the CEO in a lean, fast-moving environment.

This role offers significant long-term upside, with a clear pathway toward senior leadership, including potential progression into a VP of Marketing position.

• Drive inbound demand and lead generation through experimentation and execution
• Own and grow brand presence across Linked In, X (Twitter), and potentially You Tube
• Test and scale new marketing channels, with a strong focus on performance and learning
• Plan and host in-person marketing events (approximately once per month)
• Partner closely with the CEO to refine messaging, positioning, and growth strategy
• Learn, apply, and help scale Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to design, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments
• Excellent design sense with the ability to produce or guide high-quality creative
• Comfort working across multiple channels simultaneously

• Naturally curious and highly motivated self-starter
• Fast learner who thrives in fast-changing environments
• High ownership mindset with comfort working independently
• Passion for marketing, demonstrated through side projects, content, or a personal website

• Personal website or portfolio showcasing marketing work or thought leadership
• Preference for candidates without a recent Big Tech background, aligned to startup culture and pace
