37.5 hours per week – 9:00am to 5:30pm. Hybrid working: 2 days from home, 3 days in office.

Key Responsibilities- Drive the development of Superdrug’s Own Brand identity and credibility, establishing our Own Brand offerings as trusted and desirable choices in the market.
- Lead marketing projects within the business, supporting seasonal or brand campaigns, working with online community, influencers, and testing new social media platforms to build brand awareness and incite trial for top OB Core brands.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies (Creative, Media, PR, Social, Digital, Activation) to develop marketing support and calendar for Own Brand campaigns across categories.
- Create strong and impactful social media content, raise awareness of specific products, own captions, and create assets before handing to the social team.
- Provide offline and online support across personal care & healthcare events: corporate social media assets, radio adverts, CRM, The Edit magazine to POS.
- Define brand values, create guidelines, and ensure brand consistency across consumer touchpoints.
- Develop and implement annual organic and paid marketing support for NPDs with the Marketing Manager.
- Track and manage budget in line with spend, delivering best ROI and following internal processes.
- Work with the insight team, store colleagues, and others to understand customer profiles and identify opportunities to reach customers who fit the profile and do not currently shop with us.

- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment is a must.
- Experience developing marketing materials and bringing them to life.
- Previous experience in product marketing or brand management is a bonus.
- A degree in marketing is beneficial but not essential.
- Understanding of social media channels and keen interest in social media marketing for business, especially retail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Photoshop or other photo‑editing software beneficial.
