What You'll Do- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, content plans, and strategic marketing roadmaps for behavioral health, public health, and nonprofit clients.
- Manage client accounts and serve as a strategic partner to clients.
- Lead projects from concept through execution, including creative direction, messaging, and channel planning.
- Create monthly performance reports, analyze data, and use insights to optimize campaign and content performance.
- Write compelling content across multiple formats including campaign materials, marketing plans, social media, blog posts, proposals, and presentations.
- Support new business development efforts including proposal development and pitch presentations.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and client communications to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with our team and partner organizations on client and internal initiatives.
- 10+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capabilities.
- Experience analyzing marketing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Interest in working with mental health, public health and nonprofit clients.
- Proficiency with analytics, social media platforms, marketing tools, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft 365.
- Experience in healthcare, public health, behavioral health, or nonprofit marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required. Concentration in communication, marketing, journalism or related field preferred.
- Remote position.
