Product Marketing Manager – Home Equity
SoFi is looking for a high‑impact, data‑driven Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing for its Home Equity line. The role owns the product value proposition, orchestrates go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies, and drives acquisition and engagement growth.
Base Pay$89,600 / yr – $168,000 / yr (base salary)

Responsibilities- Define, launch, and continuously optimize multi‑channel acquisition strategies and GTM plans to meet quarterly and annual growth targets.
- Proactively monitor market context, competitive threats, and external factors, pivoting strategies as needed.
- Oversee the Home Equity marketing budget, forecast returns, and identify and size incremental growth opportunities.
- Define and evangelize target audience segmentation, developing compelling, research‑backed messaging and contact strategies.
- Architect the holistic offer strategy, manage offer terms, fulfillment processes, and creative testing to maximize conversion efficiency.
- Serve as core brief writer, collaborating with Brand Strategy and Creative Studio to deliver breakthrough campaigns that demonstrably drive performance.
- Act as a strategic partner to Product Management, using a deep understanding of the customer journey to eliminate pain points, boost conversion, and guarantee new products achieve product‑market fit and business goals.
- Minimum 5+ years of B:
C Product Marketing or Growth Marketing experience, ideally in a high‑growth environment. - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Consumer Insights, or a related field.
- Fin Tech expertise with a proven track record of significantly accelerating growth (e.g., 2X, 3X) for a Fin Tech or B2C financial product.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong tactical execution and project management skills to drive growth across diverse channel mixes.
- Analytical aptitude with mastery of analytics tools and frameworks (Tableau, Amplitude, A/B testing, etc.) to derive insights, make recommendations, and forecast business impact.
- Founder’s mentality: high initiative, entrepreneurial drive, strong bias for action, self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and owns outcomes from conception to completion.
- Flexibility and proven ability to problem‑solve and succeed independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, ambiguous growth environment.
